Everything went smoothly from start to finish with great staff guiding you all the way. The jump is videotaped and you have the option to purchase after viewing it on a tv screen. I highly recommend it as it's a brilliant souvenir of an awesome experience. This was my second jump and I'll be going again. The adrenaline rush is incredible!

I would lovely buy the video afterwards. But to Pax 59$ is so unrealistic high, That this amount isn't in any Relation and much much much to high. Never got such a offer for a video.

It was my first time bungy jumping. Nervous, but your staff are all very friendly and reassuring. Kudos to the 2 Malay guys, the one who brought us up and the other who was supporting me up there. It was reassuring to hear that I won't be pushed down or rushed into it! Overall, great experience and definitely will try out your bungy jumping at Macau as well given a chance! :)

It's better can have multiracial staff so that the instruction will be more clear. Besides that, it's was excellent service and experience

It's my 2nd jump at AJ Hackett and this time, it's a lighthearted one compared to my 1st jump. Enjoyed myself a lot that day!

Really good fun! GF and I loved the experience! But the wait time was really long, and overran for about 1 hour despite being scheduled for a 4.30 jump.

Love the crew, everyone was friendly and engaging! The environment was amazing and makes it less nervous for the giant swing. The procedure was fast and easy. Would do it again!
