Main Entrance (Westergasfabriek Entrance)
The main entrance is situated at Pazzanistraat 37, within the Westergasfabriek complex. Look for the large Fabrique des Lumières signage near the iconic brick gasworks building. This entrance is fully wheelchair accessible, featuring step-free access and wide automatic doors.
- Last entry: Final admission is 1 hour before closing time each day.
- The ticket office closes 30 mins before the last entry.
- The exhibition is closed on January 1 and December 25.
- Night entries are available on Fridays and Saturdays, with the last admission at 8pm.
Toilets are conveniently located within the venue for visitor use.
