Blend wines with an expert sommelier

Board a comfortable Mercedes minivan and travel to the rolling hills of the Chianti wine region. Admire the vineyards and olive groves till you reach a boutique winery on the top of a hill. Enjoy a warm welcome from a charismatic sommelier who will then take you around the ancient wine cellar. Learn about the sophisticated processes involved in making wine and how to distinguish between the various scents and flavors of each wine.

Watch a demo of how different varieties of pure wines (from Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes) are blended to create the final complex wine with its peculiar aroma and flavor. After the demo, it is time to step into the shoes of a winemaker! Craft your personal wine blend, take it home bottled with a special label and proudly show off your unique souvenir to friends and family.

Throughout your experience, you will taste 5 different wines including Chianti and Supertuscan. Another highlight is the region’s finest olive wine, perfectly paired with unsalted bread. Make sure you have room for a delicious 5-course meal, complemented by dessert and sweet local wine.

The menu will vary according to the best seasonal produce available. A typical menu could include local cured meats, a cheese selection paired with homemade preserves and balsamic vinegar, a pasta dish, and a traditional meat main course. Vegetarian options are available if informed in advance.
