It was a queue-free experience, in spite of the large audience, and I really enjoyed the 15/20' presentations by the guides, who were very professional and interesting, and very useful to have the basic information about the exhibition.

The guides were very good. We didn't have to wait long to go up, everything went smoothly. It was announced that we would be a small group of max 20 people, but there were about 35 of us.

The guide (Anna from Moldova) told us that you can't get to the top with a walking aid (rollator). We were able to hand in the walking aid at the souvenir store. A note when selecting the tour on their website would be helpful here.

Raphael was a very friendly, thoughtful guide, full of stories and anecdotes about the Eiffel Tower. We had an excellent time in his company in a group of 8 people (the perfect size for a tour of the Tower given the density of traffic between the Tower's elevators). Thanks again for an evening full of wonderful discoveries and photos.
