The Formula One Grand Prix will return to the Miami International Autodrome in 2023. This will be the second time that the event is held at this location. The 3.36-mile road course, which was built around the home of the NFL's Miami Dolphins and the University of Miami's college football team, features 19 turns - seven right-handers and 12 left-handers - with three straights, including one that stretches just under a mile long. In simulations, the average lap speed was calculated at 134mph with predicted lap times falling into the 1-min 35-second bracket. The 2023 F1 Miami Grand Prix will showcase the best of Miami – the culture, entertainment, food, music, and community.

Day 1: May 5

2:30pm to 3:30pm & 6pm to 7pm

On Day 1, watch the drivers test out the circuit's track by driving around in two 90-minute Practice Sessions. This helps them and their teams get a feel for the track and work out any kinks in the vehicles if needed.

Day 2: May 6

12:30pm to 1:30pm & 4pm to 5pm

Day 2 starts with the last and final Practice Session 3, where drivers can test out the track and work out the kinks one last time. After which, the Qualifying Race takes place, which determines the line-up of the final race. The drivers compete for the coveted pole position during this race, which takes place over 3 rounds, eliminating the 5 slowest drivers with every round.

Day 3: May 7

3:30pm onwards

Finally, the most awaited Race Day arrives. This day is the culmination of the Formula 1 Weekend. Drivers compete to win and zoom past the finish line before their competitors, for the coveted pole position.
