Choosing the Right Seats
Choosing the Right Seats
Seconda Variante: The Seconda Variante offers an alternative view, similar to the Turn 1 Grandstand. It is the perfect place to watch cars jostling for position and though overtakes are less common here, they are not unheard of.
General Admission: You'll find seating on grassy mounds or small stands with 3-4 rows, and the views are varied so get there early! You may prefer the freedom to move around the circuit offered by a General Admission ticket, as well as the space to spread out. You will find some video walls in this area.
Laterale Sinistra: This grandstand sits just after the start line, and is a great place to watch the dramatic race start, see the winner take the chequered flag and the excitement of the pre-race grid preparations. Seats here will provide you with a great view of the pit lane exit and are well-placed to watch the post-race celebrations on the main straight.
Centrale Grandstand: Located directly at the start line, it is a great place to watch the race start and the winner take the chequered flag, as well as the excitement of the pre-race grid preparations. With a seat here you will also have a great overview of the pit lane, so this is a fantastic spot to follow the pit strategies and watch the skill of the pit crews.
Esterna Prima Variante A: Located outside the first chicane, this grandstand offers an excellent view of the drivers braking from 240 km/h to 70 km/h in 120 meters, having raced down the home straight in 7th gear. Depending on seating location, you may also be able to see down the main straight.
Esterna Prima Variante B: This grandstand offers a similar view to Esterna Prima Variante A. This is an excellent vantage point to see the incredible breaking ability of a modern Formula 1 car.

Event Schedule
Day 1: 1st Sep
1:30pm – 2:30pm
Free Practice 1 is used by the teams to work on setups and strategy choices for the final day of the race. The first practice session also gives the drivers an opportunity to learn or re-familiarise themselves with the circuit. This day of practice gives an early look at how the race will go.
5pm – 6pm
During Free Practice 2 a lot of development work is done. This day gives the drivers a chance to experiment with the tires, fuel loads, and settings. As a viewer, you learn which team has new parts giving you content and whether they seem to be in good formation.
Day 2: 2nd Sep
12:30pm – 1:30pm
Free Practice 3 or the final practice session is used to practice for the qualifying session held two hours later. The goal here is to make the most out of the time in a single flying lap instead of focusing on the long-run pace.
4pm – 5pm
The Qualifying Session is where all 20 F1 drivers participate, with each trying to set the fastest time possible. Those in the top 15 move on to the next qualifying round called Q2. This is to determine the order of the lineup for the race day.
Day 3: 3rd Sep
3pm onwards
Race Day is one of the highlights of the weekend, where you have the opportunity to watch all the action all the way to the finish line and the podium celebrations.
