Easy to book tickets. We had a great time at the park. We'd visited the previous bird park 2 years ago and loved it. The new park is even better. Very well designed; so many birds to see. The information boards was relevant and useful and there was plenty of cool rest zones.

While it took 2 attempts via the Headout LiveChat on 6 May 2022, Headout agent Ann honoured her promise to communicate my dietary request to the Arbora Restaurant. Keep it up! Mwanwhile, I just have one suggestion, perhaps you can increase the number of LiveChat operators as it took about 8 - 10 minutes to reach a human operator. Thank you.

Perfect couple date, would suggest maybe to not open wide the doors on each station/be seen by the queue in each station and keep the atmosphere as perfect as it is when in the sky.

I loved the entire experience. I booked the lunch/cable car combo and the package was reasonably priced. It was also very convenient in that I did not have to research places to dine as i was given 5 options to choose from. The cable car experience was also unique and enjoyable. It was amazing to view the island and city from above.

The cable car experience on both routes was good. The bundled dining was hopeless as it required booking the restaurant & the link went to another booking service & it was impossible to find the restaurant we wanted. In addition all the redevelopment on Sentosa made it very hard to actually find the restaurant in person. We eventually found it - Le Faubourg - & it was fantastic but the bundled offer was not much good. We wet al la carte & for a simple pizza & if was fantastic.

C'est un endroit très amusant où il y a beaucoup de choses à voir et à faire. Nous avons eu la chance d'assister au festival de la gastronomie. Très bonne ambiance. Impressionné par la propreté des lieux. La seule critique que j'ai à faire est que le personnel du restaurant Ola Beach Club a été extrêmement impoli et n'a pas du tout aidé à expliquer comment fonctionnait notre carte de restauration. C'est dommage. Ma devise est que si vous n'êtes pas heureux dans votre travail, vous n'avez qu'à le quitter et ne pas vous en prendre à vos clients. Mon mari a fini par parler à une jeune fille qui lui a expliqué comment cela fonctionnait, mais elle était la seule à être heureuse d'être au travail. A part cela, nous avons passé un bon moment.

Le personnel était aimable et efficace, la capsule était propre et bien préparée pour notre voyage. Le débarquement a été facile et le personnel nous a aidés à assurer notre sécurité. Les vues étaient incroyables.
