If you’ve always wanted to walk among the dinosaurs, then the Jurassic World: The Exhibition in Melbourne will give you the chance to do just that! Based on the epic film series spanning three decades, this exhibition brings the iconic franchise to life successfully with its themed exhibits and life-sized animatronic dinos. The tour starts with a ‘ferry ride’ to Jurassic World with porthole screens showing ocean waves and a screen with a video briefing of what’s to come upon arrival.
Come face-to-face with giant dinos
Once you ‘dock’, walk through the towering wooden gates of Jurassic World and come face-to-face with the giraffe-like Brachiosaurus and the lithe, two-legged Velociraptor. Visit the Creation Lab where you can see glass displays with amber dino fossils. Move to the Gyroshohere where you get to snap some pictures with an adorable baby dino before moving on to meet the T-Rex, roaring from behind the electric fence.
