A variety of relevant activities are held throughout the year at the museum, including exhibits on geology, biology, anthropology, archeology, history, folklore, and arts and crafts. Modern and contemporary art influenced by Okinawan culture is showcased at the art museum, including oil and watercolor paintings, sculptures, prints, photographs, and videos.
