The tour was worth my time and money. The logistical communication prior to the tour via email and WhatsApp was satisfactory. The bus was comfortable and well maintained. The guide Sasi was well informed and witty. Yes, you can talk a taxi to the caves but you will miss out of the area background and history. Go ahead and book the tour, highly recommend.

Ticket purchasing was really easy and instant and on same day just few hours before we visited . Plus some of the illusions were great and surprising . Really enjoyed our time there .

Je n'ai pas besoin de faire la queue. L'endroit est génial, agréable, plein de connaissances et peut remplir notre compteur de curiosité. Le seul inconvénient est que certaines attractions ne fonctionnent pas correctement.

Notre guide Im Rin était formidable :blush :. Il était très sympathique, bien informé et nous a donné de bons conseils pour profiter au maximum de notre voyage. Il était efficace, à l'heure et exactement là où il avait dit qu'il serait à chaque arrêt. La visite était géniale et c'était un excellent moyen de voir les sites touristiques de KL en une journée. Le seul commentaire que nous avons fait personnellement est que la visite de la grotte de Batu aurait pu être un peu plus longue et l'arrêt à la mosquée, peut-être aurions-nous préféré quelque chose comme le jardin d'orchidées à la place. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce voyage et remercions vivement Im Rin d'avoir été une hôte formidable.

Our driver, Hamish, was very good and definitely looked after us at each stop. We went to the Batu caves first and we weee overwhelmed by the garbage that was everywhere. Hamish explained that there has been a big celebration all weekend with over 1 million people being there the day before. He even showed us photos and we weee so glad we had come the day after. Next stop was to see some monkeys. They were cute but one kind was friendly and the other not so much, so we just looked at them. Next stop was to the fireflies. They served us a freshly made dinner which was all very tasty. We had to wait a bit for the sun to set but as it did so came the thunderstorms. Lots of boats had headed out and when we got in our boat a big crash came and my two friend got out of the boat. I was determined too see the fireflies so we headed out. It started to torrential rain and our driver stoped under the bridge for 10 minutes or so hoping it would let up. It finally did and we headed to a few spots but no fireflies. At first I was sad as I thought they wouldn't be out due to the rain. But the driver changed spots and it was absolutely amazing. There were thousands and it was so beautiful. I was so glad I had stayed on the boat. Even though we were all soaked it was worth it. I would totally recommend this tour to anyone going to Kuala Lumpur. Thanks Headout and Hamish. What an amazing time we have just spent with Jennifer. It has been a truly memorable and special experience. Jennifer is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would have no hesitation in recommending both her and this tour. There was a festival at the caves which I found totally mesmerising. The whole trip has made my birthday very special.
