Je croyais avoir payé pour des billets que j'avais choisis le 2 janvier, mais les billets étaient datés du cinquième jour où je les avais achetés. Il s'est donc passé quelque chose. S9 quand à la porte nous avons dû racheter des billets comme ceux que j'ai payé avec vous expiré !!! C'est très décevant. Nous sommes donc maintenant obligés de payer le prix total de ces billets.

It is understood for venue to increase the price of food. However, the quality of the food sold and services should be par with the prices. For example, corn in the cup were not properly cook and the taste was so lousy. We stop by at one the eatery spot and spending for at least Rm40-50, and they couldn't even provide a single tissue paper. Nonetheless, most of the staff are friendly and helpful.

photo taken there should make example of aquaria klcc...visitor will not confirm whether they buy the photo or not..so dont print it yet...just display it on a screen first show the visitor, if they want to buy then just print the photo..so no waste paper and clean environment. Furthermore, if they want to buy the photo, prepared soft copy of the photo just like aquaria klcc did. they give link/qr code for the visitor who pay the photo to see/download them in sofcopy

Staff at counter didn't know that zoo malacca ticket can be booked online. He responed "booked online??booking kat mana ya? Headout? Website zoo??, etc..i felt like did i just being scam by website..something like that... Redeem online ticket is taking much more time compared to buy it direct at the counter..i being transferred to another counter.. Phewwww

Easy. Safe time. No need to queue long. Little bit cheaper than buy at the counter.
