Artecard Campania : 2 Museums Pass

La carte permet d'accéder à de nombreux sites mais les explications de mise en service ne sont pas explicites. À améliorer.

Bonjour C'était bien mais il faudrait trouver un moyen de ne pas avoir à remettre son adresse mail et code à chaque fois. Et ce serait mieux sur 4 jours qui correspond à un séjour complet de la ville et de ses environs.

Artecard Campania \ Naples should not be bought from this vendor. You pay extra and only get delays in getting your card assigned in the app - vendor will wait till last minute to hide the fact that it's basically a scam to get you to pay extra cash for offer from another vendor (Artecard). This is partly to blame due to Artecard app that is badly positioned online and in google store. Just install Artecard mobile app (it's not perfect but functional) and buy the card for less there without waiting for someone on the support line to activate the card for you (waste of time and money).

Il a fonctionné parfaitement. Aucun problème 👍 une (grosse) chose que je n'ai pas aimée : le processus d'activation est trop long. Dans mon cas : écrire via whatsapp avec l'équipe, télécharger l'application, m'enregistrer avec mes données personnelles et renvoyer le mail d'enregistrement à l'équipe. Pour moi, ce n'est pas un gros problème, mais je pense que les personnes plus âgées auront certainement un problème avec ça.

Easy to use the artecard and we had a wonderful visit to Pompei. Spent the whole day there and parked our car at the nearby europark which was good value. Pompei was everything we thought it would be and will visit again if we come to this area

Il était si facile d'utiliser l'artecard dans le train, et tout aussi facile de visiter les étonnantes attractions de Pompéi et d'Herculanum.

The app did not permit me to login in to access the pass QR codes 9/10 times I tried and you are required to login to view the passes every time you travel on public transport - you can't screenshot as a unique QR code is generated for every use. The online portal was only marginally better. You'd be better off purchasing individual train/bus tickets for the price and the amount of time wasted standing outside of train/bus stops trying to log into the app. Even when I was able to login in and access the QR codes most of the scanners didn't recognise them as a valid form of ticket.
