Pilot Praha was very friendly wand knowledgeable. He was punctual (even arrived early). He prepared for us water and umbrella. He gave us great food recommendations as well!

We had a wonderful time. Prabaz was very pleasant and easy to chat with. He was very accommodating with our request to stay longer in Batu Caves. He also took us to the batik workshop which my wife truly appreciated. Prabaz also took us to an excellent lunch spot where the office workers ate.

Janar did a great job explaining a lot of things to us, not just about the caves but also about the history and the cultural mix that there is here, we learnt a lot with him! 10/10

L'excursion à Genting Highland était très bien organisée et le guide "Darwin" était vraiment bon. Il était courtois, bien informé et s'est assuré que tout le monde était pris en charge. Je suis content d'avoir réservé cette excursion avec Ivy Holidays !

Bon guide bien informé et endroit amusant mais malheureusement la pluie ne nous a pas permis de sortir. Il faut donc vérifier la météo.
