National Aquarium Abu Dhabi All Access Pass Tickets

It's fine other than 1 staff who wants to cross verify the ticket after the initial screening at the entry point, feels like discrimination. After the entry through automated access, why the staff want to cross verify the same and that too not in a very polite way as it should be.

Clean place with a wide range of fishes. I loved where birds were singing and flying freely. Behind the scenes arrangement was fantastic. Thank you.

The guide Daniel in the behind the scenes tour was excellent- he interacted with all the audience and sang to the children. My only disappointment was the cafe at the exit - very poor choices

I booked the full tour. So, in addition to the exhibits, it was amazing to find out what goes behind the scenes. I truly loved my journey.

Do not expect a huge aquarium, but still a very nice one with many interesting species. Especially recommended for having quality time with family and kids. There is a separate section for kids (coluring animal cartoons etc) which was very entertaining. Staff is very helpful. I recommend taking the basic entry (105 AED), as I do not think the additonal activities worh the extra money you pay for.

Lowest offer is already good. We took the full package almost doubling the cost for not much more. But no regrets. It was very interesting

Great exprerience! Amazing aquarium although I was expecting it a little bigger compared to other aquariums across the world I visited! The staff is very pleasant and helpful! Some of the biggest sea animals I have ever seen are living here and the aquarium is doing an excellent job protecting them. All access area is a must! I will definitely visit it again! 10/10!

Although the ticket promoted 15% discount in the retail shops, it was not available in the gift shop. I was disapointed with that although it explicitly mentions the discount I could not use it.

I booked my ticket through Headout app, it really makes us easy coz we don't want to stand in queue to collect our tickets,we can scan our online barcode directly from our mobile to open the gates to enter. So if you guys planning to go with your family I strongly suggest you to book tickets through HEADOUT. This ticket valid for 60 days so it really helps you like ie:) if you buy your tickets today and you can't visit the place still the tickets valid for 60 days so you can choose any day in-between that's awesome right. Amazing Aquarium with great facilities and activities for children. The rain forest animals area was icing on the cake. Highly recommended...

A very big thank you to Headout team. Awesome experience in aquatic wildlife featuring over 46,000 animals from more than 300 unique species. We took their buy 1 get 1 offer ticket with all access. Just we need to show the QR code sent by the Headout team in each section gate, we will get the access to go inside.And its an awesome experience in national aquarium. the only bad experience we faced is in Labella cafe. They are arrogant and not at all ready to accept the QR code given by Headout. They are saying they want it in paper form not in phone.

Only issue faced at counter as your bar code sent for Anita Dahale was unable to detect in their system at entrance Please link your system at backend with such facility providers front desk automatically so that with first name also they can allow... If system is not sync its big trouble for us as time consumed is waste of our precious tour time Regards

The National aquarium is an amazing place to visit. The diversity of the animals and the incredible 'universes' each section is displayed in is something to see. Look to returning with my family.

According to me, your packages can be redesigned. Below are the packages I would recommend: 1. General Entry - AED 100 including VAT 2. General Entry with 2 Animal encounter experience- AED 200 including VAT 3. General Entry with 3 Animal encounter experience - AED 250 including VAT Glass Bridge Walk and Boat Ride does not add any value. At the time of entry, an educational video tour should be made available about the facility and species, but I am not sure if you can implement this.

It was very informative and enjoyed the new experience. Lots of questions answered..I would only add that the beyond the glass tour be lengthened just a bit so that it doesn't feel so rushed. Boating experience was very good and also learned a lot. Can you please tell me how to contact the curator or person responsible for adding birds to the jungle venue? We were blessed with finding a male Australian Zebra Finch about 1 year ago. His name is Dixie as he sings all the time. He's very special and believe he would be the perfect addition to your bird selection. My small contact is sandramiocic@yahoo.com. We are here only temporarily and living in a hotel. It was very easy to book the tkt with discounted rate. Only issue it takes 30 - 40 mnts to get the tikcet. otherwise all are ok
