Die Führung war sehr informativ und das Schloss Wawel, die Krypta und die Kapelle waren sehr beeindruckend. Die Reiseleiterin ist alle Fragen der Teilnehmer gut eingegangen und die Zeit verging viel zu schnell.

L'ensemble de l'expérience de réservation s'est déroulée sans problème, même s'il s'agissait de ma première réservation auprès de Headout. Je recommanderais sans hésiter cette application comme modèle pour les services touristiques en ligne. Les informations étaient toujours là où j'en avais besoin, sans que je doive trop réfléchir à l'endroit où je devais me trouver et au moment où il y avait la moindre possibilité que je sois en retard, le téléphone a sonné (je n'étais pas en retard, mais je n'étais pas en avance non plus) et on m'a demandé si j'étais sur le bon chemin. Le guide lui-même était astucieux, incroyablement bien informé, passionné par son sujet et expert dans l'art de guider les étrangers à travers les merveilles du Wawel.
