Once your training session is done, set off for Lerins Islands with their natural landscapes, turquoise waters, and historic heritage worthy of the most beautiful postcard landscapes. Cut away from the hustle of the city and paddle to these islands accessible only by boat, and be rewarded by emerald coves and sandy beaches. On the other, the island of Saint Honorat on Esterel Islands, a veritable cocoon of spirituality, is home to a monastery built in 1073 and inhabited by monks who cultivate olive trees and vines. You can paddle to the Esterel Reserve and be greeted by dramatic red cliffs, lush vegetation, and crystal-clear waters as you approach the reserve.
