• Re-entry is not permitted.

• Keep in mind food & beverages are not allowed at Flower Dome and Cloud Forest. Pack wisely!

Additional information

• These tickets are valid only for non-Singapore residents.

• These tickets have an extended validity. However, visits to both conservatories must be completed on the same day.

• During the festive season (Nov 29, 2024 to Jan 1, 2025), OCBC Skyway will operate from 9am to 10pm (last entry at 9:30pm).

• Supertree Observatory operating hours are 9am - 5pm (last admission at 5pm) and 6pm - 10pm (last admission at 9:30pm).

• Facilities: rentable lockers, free WiFi, ATM, bottle filling stations, free mobile charging stations, rentable audio headsets, nursing rooms, shuttle services, etc.

• Shuttle services run between 9am and 9pm at 10-minute intervals. The last ride is at 8:45pm. Loop services are available between Bayfront Plaza (Exit B from Bayfront MRT), Active Garden, and Flower Dome.

• Enjoy a $5 Disney retail voucher (with a minimum $10 spend), redeemable at the Disney store in Floral Fantasy.

• From 27 Jan - 5 Feb 2025, ticket holders to Supertree Observatory will be required to undergo bag checks at River Hongbao entrance checkpoints for entry on: 27 & 28 Jan 2025: 6.30pm to 9.00pm & 29 Jan - 5 Feb 2025: 2.30pm to 9.00pm.
