Don't have to queue. Just that scan code was difficult to find in the long email, even one of the staff doesn't know which scan code to use, there are multiple in the email.

Initially, the venue was overcrowded, so they need to increase the number of cable cars. Secondly, when I got off the cable car at the temple, I tried to find the route, but they had closed the stairs gate for no apparent reason. Only two shuttles were available for transport from the cable car station to the temple. The taxi drivers were charging 5 RM per person, which is too expensive. Furthermore, a security person gave me the wrong directions, so I missed the temple shuttle stop the first time. When I entered the second time, they rushed at me to buy a new ticket for no reason. In the end, I used a different ticket because I couldn't purchase a new one. Overall, it was a bad experience.

The ride was smooth! It was very cloudy in the morning when we went up but the views on the way down were beautiful. I highly recommend stopping to see the Chin Swee Caves Temple on the way back down. Taking the cable car up early was the best choice as we did not wait in line at all.

So pleased we booked here as the lines were long when we arrived. The tickets allowed us to use the VIP lane so it only took a few minutes instead of an hour. The cable car was fab with great views but the shopping centre, casinos and amusement park was loads of fun too. A great day out.

Genting Highlands Premium Outlets Cable Car

Awana Skyway will be closed for maintenance from October 14 to 18, 2024. On these days, the Genting Skyway will operate between 7am and 11pm.
Children shorter than 90cm can enter for free.
Guests under 16 years must accompanied by a guardian with valid tickets or passes at all times.
You can disembark at Chin Swee Station and continue your journey on the cable car to the SkyAvenue Station or Awana Station.
Each passenger can take along one aircraft cabin-size bag on the gondola, measuring 22in x 14in x 9in.
The complimentary shuttle service runs every 30 minutes from 10am to 6pm, with pick-up/drop-off at Chin Swee Skyway Station and Chin Swee Caves Temple Hotel Lobby.
The operating hours for Chin Swee Skyway Station are from 9:30am to 7:30pm. Gondola doors will remain closed before 9:30m and after 7:30pm.

Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park

Certain rides, attractions, entertainment, restaurants, or other offerings may be unavailable, modified, or operating at reduced capacity during the extended soft opening period. This includes the following rides: Ice Age: Expedition Thin Ice, Invasion of the Planet of the Apes, and Mad Ramp Peak: Full Throttle Racing, Terraform Tower Challenge (opening later this year).
Children are to be supervised at all times.
Genting SkyWorlds offers a Rainy Day Guarantee, granting affected guests a free return visit within 12 months.
