Everything was so organized. The first floor so pretty and elegant with those Christmas trees. And the most important part is all those animals looked healthy!

I proposed to my girlfriend at the shark exhibit. She thought it was just another visit to another attraction here in Atlanta. She is from Alaska, so this was her first time ever visiting an aquarium. Now it will forever be rememberable.

Spent time with family . However, we did have to wait in a line outside in the cold for an hour because the aquarium stated that they do not honor skip the line tickets from ANY THIRD PARTY. My grandparents are 80 y/o so I told them to leave their walkers in the car because we'd be able to skip the line and then they could get wheel chairs. By the time we got in the people infront if us took the wheelchairs so we waited another hour until someone returned one.

Everything went well! Only thing I will say there wasn't an option to skip the line. The aquarium was nice, food and gift shop are RIDICULOUSLY expensive especially the food, they should be ashamed of themselves. The dolphin show and the sea lion show were nice the kids love it. Definitely do not sit in splash zones for either if you do not have a change of clothes.

Good: I really liked the sharks, beluga whales and jellyfish. The exhibition is very nice, it's best to download the map for orientation directly at the info point. Bad: The "land animals" penguins will never see the sun or smell real air in their lives. The flamingos looked "sad"

If you've always been fascinated with marine life, the reefs and the life of different exotic creatures then a visit to the Georgia Aquarium is what you need! With skip-the-line tickets, enjoy a seamless entry and spend the day amidst these beautiful creatures.

An aquarium like no other!

Visit the Western Hemisphere's largest aquarium, Atlanta's public aquarium, the Georgia Aquarium. Spend the day exploring the nooks and crannies of this gigantic aquarium, including 7 different zones and its interactive 4D theater. Learn all about whale sharks, manta rays, beluga whales, African penguins, common bottlenose dolphins, and more, as you watch them from behind the glass. Walk through the clear underwater tunnel that stretches through the giant tank, lending close-up views.

Do it like the Dolphins

Enjoy the exciting energy of dolphins at the Dolphin Presentations. Wave at giant Pacific octopuses, Japanese spider crabs, and California sea lions - species unique to this aquarium. These rare sightings are a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that you can capture during the visit. See one of the largest living reef exhibits in the world before heading home, again it is something that you would've never seen before.
