Guests need an International Driving Permit (IDP) issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention to drive in Japan.

Australian driver’s license holders must obtain an IDP from authorized associations like AAA, NRMA, RACV, RACQ, RAA, RAC, RACT, or AANT before leaving Australia. Permits issued by unauthorized associations are not accepted in Japan.

Guests with licenses from Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, or Monaco must carry a Japanese translation of their license issued by the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF).

US Military personnel can drive using their SOFA (USFJ Form 4EJ) permit or state-side license, along with an Active Duty Military ID.

If the experience is canceled due to poor weather, it will be rescheduled or a different route for the go-karting will be provided.
