Go-kart through Tokyo

Pick a costume of your favorite character before getting into your custom-built go-karts. A tour guide who speaks Japanese and English will lead you to the iconic spots of Tokyo.

Drive past Sensoji Temple, also known as Asakusa Kannon Temple, is one of Tokyo's most iconic and oldest Buddhist temples. Located in the Asakusa district, the main entrance to Sensoji Temple is marked by the grand Kaminarimon Gate, which features a massive red lantern. Pass by Tokyo Skytree that stands as one of the tallest towers Japan . Drive around the surrounding tower that has been developed into a vibrant urban hub, offering visitors a blend of modern attractions and amenities.

Drive past Akihabara district in Tokyo which has earned international recognition as the center of Japanese pop culture, electronics, and otaku (enthusiast) subculture. This area is a haven for those interested in anime, manga, video games, electronics, and all things nerdy.

See countless shops, stores, and buildings dedicated to anime and manga merchandise, ranging from figurines and posters to DVDs and rare collector's items. The area's dynamic atmosphere and eclectic mix of offerings make it a must-visit destination for anyone interested in exploring Tokyo's modern subcultures.

Important Information

  • Please ensure that you carry a physical Japanese driver's license, International Driving Permit, SOFA License for US Forces Japan, or your own driver's license with an official Japanese translation of the license if you are from Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco.

  • This experience follows a strict no license, no drive policy.

  • No more than 6 participants in each tour group to personalize your experience.

  • This activity requires a hard copy of your international driving permit issued by the local authority of your country such as AAA,CAA OR AA, and another valid driving license in Japan (such as Local license (Japan) or SOFA license).

  • Foreign international driving permit Hardcopy issued by the local authority of each country will be only allowed to drive on real streets of Tokyo. A license issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, Estonia or Monaco and many more with Japanese translation by authorized organizations is allowed to drive in Japan.

  • Some of the countries like Indonesia, Pakistan, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia are not allowed to drive in Japan. Just make sure once you make a booking whether your country issue an International driving permit under the 1949 convention or not.

  • To drive in Japan, an International driving permit should be under the 1949 convention to legally drive on the streets of Japan.

  • Make sure to arrive 15 minutes before tour time begins.

  • Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.

  • Display the mobile voucher along with a valid photo ID at the ticket redemption point.

  • Please bring your Japanese driver’s license or your international driving permit license, if you are a tourist.

  • The closest bus stop is Yokogawa 3-chome. It is a quick 3-minute walk to the venue.

  • Board bus 都08(T08) to get there.

By Metro

  • The closest metro station is Oshiage (Skytree Mae). It is a 10-minute walk to the venue.

  • Metro lines - Hanzomon & Asakusa Line will get you there.
