What's not allowed

Please note, the use of Selfie Sticks and extending camera poles are strictly prohibited in and around the aircraft.
Due to limited space, purses, backpacks, and other baggage are not permitted on the aircraft

Additional information

Passengers under the age of 15 cannot travel alone and must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 years or older.
Passengers exceeding 299lbs (135.91kg / 21.36 stone) will be charged a fee for an additional comfort seat.
In the event of an increased price of aviation fuel, a per-person fuel surcharge may apply.
All guests booked on a tour must have government-issued forms of identification.
No-show reservations will be canceled if the passenger has not checked in at least 45 minutes before flight time.
ATV Requirements: Riders must be 16 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
