Deep blue adventures

If you are a marine enthusiast who wants to experience Australia’s beautiful aquatic life or a family looking to do something new together, then this sailing cruise is for you. All you need to do is hop on a two-mast schooner and sip on your morning coffee or tea as you sail down to Pinnacle Reef where you and your fellow wanderers can snorkel and see some giant clams, shells, starfish and sea anemones. Who knows, you might get to see Nemo and Dory swimming by! If you are feeling more adventurous, you can go scuba diving with an experienced instructor at an additional cost. After a morning of snorkeling and scuba diving, enjoy a delicious spread of salmon, prawns, fresh salads, and bread as you watch the turquoise waters.

Underwater Paradise

After a delicious meal, you are transported to Green Island by a dinghy where you will get to explore the walking tracks, the white sandy beaches, and the emerald rainforest that make this island unique. If that doesn’t sound like you, slap on some sunscreen and relax on the beach. You can even visit Marineland Melanesia to watch the crocodile feeding and see a variety of marine life up close before sailing back to Cairns while enjoying a complimentary glass of wine with your tropical afternoon tea.

This experience is not accessible by wheelchair and pram/strollers.
Guests with asthma, diabetes, heart conditions and epilepsy are restricted from participating in the scuba diving experience.

Additional information

Guests traveling with a toddler may bring a small, light carry-on travel folding pushchair to be used on the island but not on the boat.
Children must be supervised by their parents at all times.
Guests can convey their dietary preferences or allergy concerns to the operator 24 hours prior to the trip.
Guests must be at least 12 years old to do an introductory dive.
Guests with contact lenses or glasses can use the prescription masks on board the boat at an additional cost for their snorkeling or scuba diving experience.
All divers (including certified divers) must complete a dive medical questionnaire aboard the boat.
