Easy booking process, good directions to meet point, where we had lunch. On time meet up, easily recognizable guide.
Deborah was very interesting, easy to understand, good walking pace. She provided a lot of new (to me) information about the Jewish experience in Amsterdam before and during WWII and the Frank family. She had many photos and I especially enjoyed her readings from Anne's diary.
Being able to tour the Frank's hiding place was an experience not yo be missed.
Far exceeded the expectation on all counts.

Our guide was fascinating. He took us on a tour of Amsterdam's Jewish quarter, with lots of details, all related to Anne Frank's life.
Our children, aged 8 and 12, were enthralled. There were many exchanges with them about the diary and life in the annex.
We didn't have the chance to visit Anne Frank's house, but we were delighted with our 2-hour walk.
We arrived at the meeting point for the canal tour just as the boat was leaving...
We had no trouble exchanging our tickets for the next cruise.

Very knowledgeable guide, very professional and friendly. Vert interesting tour, saw parts of the city and leaned about history that we never would have if we didn't do the tour. I would highly recommend.

Guide Blas gave us good view to Amsterdam, Holland and Keukenhof . Keukenhof was lovely experience with all flowers and history.
