It was the first time we visited the castle and we loved it. The truth is that it hides a lot of history of the country. As for the guided tour is something I recommend, because as you go into the different rooms they tell you the story that happened there.
As for the woman who gave us the tour, she spoke fantastic Spanish and made the tour in a very pleasant way. She also made sure that we all arrived safely, especially my grandparents who are a bit older.
As a personal recommendation, if it is cloudy take an umbrella because there are areas of the castle that are outdoors and you can get wet if it rains.

We had some trouble finding the meeting point .But the palace was enermous.I loved it but the fact that we seen only 3% of the building is crazy and i wana see more.The tour guide Cristian was great.

Everything was perfect! However, please don’t mention that they pick you up from the hotel, as that’s not accurate and it complicates things. Some people in my group waited outside their hotel (as you mentioned), which caused us to be late starting the tour while we waited for them to reach the meeting point after our guide called them.

I'm Fairly straightforward process, buying and collecting tickets. Collection point was maybe not particularly well signposted. Staff were rather neutral in their demeanour.

The overall experience was very good,the only thing that I'd say,was that it wasn't easy to get our tickets,due to the building where we had to collect our tickets from was hidden,but that is a very minor issue,but overall very good experience👍

The tour was well organized, and the guide spoke very understandable English, even for French people like me who don't speak English very well. The driver is a very good driver.
As far as the visits are concerned, the Château de Pelés is a must. It's magnificent!
Bran Castle is not extraordinary, but we were happy to see it. Not much information on the Dracula legend.
Brasov is a very large city where we had 1h15 in the very pretty pedestrian center to visit or eat around 16h15.
Bring a picnic to nibble on in the bus.

Everything well organized , knowledgeable and helpful guide. Also excellent assistance in buying tickets for castles and practical advice. Definitely recommended !
