I was lost at the beginning. Been at a country am not familiar with, I thought I was going to miss my appointment. I was sent to the old meeting point. Once I got together with the person who took us to the actual meeting place, everything bacame smooth. Kevin was our guide. Friendly, knowledgeable and handsome not a better guide we could have had. He is a great asset at your tours A+++ to him.

Kevin was an excellent guide who had entertaining and educational stories to share about the history of the Niagara Falls and the area! Headout needs to update the meeting point information - we were met and directed to the new meeting place, which was good, but would have been better to have the updated information from the start.

Jacob was full of energy! Amazing boat ride, cave tour and excellent tips from Jacob made it the best experience....we will be back and bring friends!

Our guide was very informative and organized. She did a great job trying to keep the tour on task when some of the group were doing their own thing.

This is life long pending completion, two years ago, I went but got to late, so couldn't make it to the tours. I am 55 years old, and all my life since I was a little kid I wanted to take this tour, and it was excellent.
