Your Experience
Your Experience
If you are an art lover or a history buff, Florence is where you need to be. Since there are so many pedestrian areas and traffic restrictions, the best way to explore the old town is on a bicycle. Since the city center is flat, riding a bicycle will take moderate muscular effort.
The 4 Districts of Florence
Your English-speaking guide will take you through the city's 4 districts - Santa Maria Novella, Santa Croce, Santo Spirito, and San Giovanni - while giving a detailed account of their history, architecture, and anecdotes. You will also see the significant landmarks in town including Santa Croce, the Duomo, San Lorenzo, the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza Della, Piazza Pitti, and Signoria Piazza. At each stop, you will have time for discussions, queries, and photo opportunities.
Reward Your Excursion with Gelato
What would Florence even be without an extra scoop of Italian ice cream? After a tiring bike ride, all you'll need is a gelato to cap off your trip, and your guide will take you to one of the best places in town to taste the delicacy.
