We liked everything very much....very exciting, very informative, very nice staff, good actors, good timing, not too crowded, we would definitely come again. The only thing I found really stupid was that I had to turn off my cell phone, even though I had indicated that my 78-year-old, not quite healthy mother was sitting in the café next door and couldn't reach me in an emergency. Silent and in my pocket would have been perfectly adequate.View original review in German

Uncomplicated booking and subsequent ticket handling via app. The visit to the Hamburg Dungeon with my 15-year-old daughter was mega! Great atmosphere to scare, good acting performances with the necessary portion of humor and very diverse settings/scenes contributed to a great experience. We were (positively) surprised at how many different scenes we were able to visit and walk through. After all, we were kept busy for well over the one hour we had booked. Highlights included the prison with prisoner, the room (1408 :-) ) and the wonderfully integrated rides. It's really great to see that, in addition to the financial incentive, the work here is really done with dedication. I can definitely recommend a visit to the Hamburg Dungeon - and will certainly do the same with friends and acquaintances.View original review in German

Dare to experience 600 years of dark history all at once? The Hamburg Dungeon is an exciting attraction that brings alive the darkest periods of the city in an innovative way. Through a journey back in time, terrifying stories and dark characters are brought back to life. The professional actors and the special dramatic effects ensure you experience a special kind of live entertainment. This interactive show will allow you to witness 11 different shows on a 90-minute tour.
Ride the "Elevator of Doom", and descend into a world of dungeon, cogs, and chains. You can also get an insight into the dark years of the Plague or try to save the pirate Klaus Störtebecker from execution. Lovers of the macabre will have the time of their life for sure! It isn’t for the faint of heart, but for everyone aged 10 and over!
