I had an appointment for 2 p.m. and I arrived. I was put on the flight very quickly. I was lucky to be with the pilot who flew very well and professionally. The explanations in flight were clear even with my low level of English. For the technical part, the Safety video was clear, the ground staff very rigorous for access to the helicopter. For the maintenance of the helicopter (being a pilot myself) you can go up with complete confidence the machines are well maintained. In conclusion I recommend

It was my first time flying. This was on my bucket list. I flew with my son. It was a beautiful experience. The flight was very smooth. The pilot played us music that made the experience even better. The staff are very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend it.

The flight was amazing!! We loved it! We did have a bit of a wait, but that was because they needed to give the pilot a break. Other than that it was a wonderful experience! Very professional staff. The pilot gave great commentary. It was definitely worth the money.

We had perfect experience in our helicopter flight. They did postpone the flight a bit for better weather window which gave us the really best view possible. The helicopter we bit tight with 6 persons but the windows were big so everybody had great view and could make the photos they wanted without disturbing others. This is highly recommended experience in NYC. We did love it.
