My husband and I purchased the 72 hour pass and were quite happy with the comprehensive routes. We didn't have to wait long to "hop on" at any of the conveniently located stops. The only aspect we didn't care for was 1 driver in the green route and 1 driver on the red route blasted their personal music. It was loud enough that it overshadowed the commentary we were trying to listen to on our earbuds.

It was so easy to see all of the sights we wanted to in one day and were able to see things we didn't even know were here! Staff members were so friendly and helped us navigate where to go. A fantastic day had by me and my partner and would recommend for anyone whilst here in beautiful Lisbon!

I order tickets online, but only get a voucher which has to be printed afterward - bad customer service bad sustainability The explanations from audio guide were insufficient, was unsure which building is meant and did not always match with the routing, was sometimes late sometimes to early The audio dude facilities at the bus were about of Order on several seats at the bus, could not sit together
