Nowhere did headout provide a map or mentioned the bigbus tour app which would have been useful. Finding bus pick up locations is impossible without this informationRobert

Once we figured out how to connect the ear buds it was great. Little hard to figure out but luckily I could see someone that was connected and I figured out where the plug was (underneath the box) What I didn't like was several busses ended their route before we were expecting them to, and we had to change busses, even though we needed only one more stop to change to the uptown route.
