Ticket guy was super helpful and he helped me when I discovered that I had booked the Budapest tour instead of the Vienna one. But the problem was that during the tour I couldn't hear the live tour lady well, and my audio didn't work so I couldn't hear anything actually.. no description. Overall, it was ok but it could have been better.

So a night-time bus tour in an unheated bus at almost 0° with steamed-up windows in the dark makes no sense. :-;
