The monument is impressive. The history behind the construction of the statue is very well documented in the museum. As for the app, the experience was very good, highlighting the ease of booking.

Even though we were a little too late due to the long queue, we didn't have to upgrade/rebuy our tickets. The staff was very kind. We really enjoyed our trip. Thank you for everything :)

It was a very good idea to add the Headout app for my tickets as I had no network. It's a visit I'd recommend. The Liberty Island and Ellis Island museums are goldmines. What's more, the audio guide allows you to enjoy the experience at your own pace. I highly recommend it.

Having visited the attraction a while ago before the opening of the museum I was looking foward to once again looking inside the statue.i purchaced my tickets for the trip to the island without realising that I needed to pre book the visit inside the statue...this was not well publisized I had travelled from England with this in mind and was unable to get tickets on the day.....very disappointing...however the museum was excellent.
