I was not able to take advantage of any scenic cruise When I redeemed the voucher, the driver said that no scenic cruise was included In addition, there were stations on the bus where the audio guide worked only in Spanish

The bus didn't stop at all the stops listed also it said tickets to bellver castle were included, this was not true.

It was well explained and the route was good chosen except the cruise stop where lots of people were only discussing with the bus driver for over 15 min and none of the people coming from the cruise boat attended the bus drive.
