Very long wait times between buses compared to competition. Not clear difference between options for different tours. Seems one is regular visit and other fully dedicated to fashion and art. While it would be more convenient to focus on express Milan tour vs. complete Milan tour. Audio guide interesting but often difficult to understand what they were referring to, some things mentioned cannot even be seen in the tour and it's not clear.

Bus did not arrive at stops on time. They were very early and drove past us at the stop. 2 buses came within 1 minute of each other about 14 minutes early. We were walking to the stop and saw them drive past quickly.
