They should indicate that stop 11 is the closest stop to the Cruise Terminal and that it is a 2 block walk, so that the cab drivers don't take advantage of your ignorance. The timetable is not very clear: you post until 2.30 pm but it's not the end but the time of the last tour which ends around 5 pm... Your guide explained it well. In comparison with other cities, it's still a good price for $30!View original review in FrenchLisa

My driver & guide were fantastic!! (01/26/25) Juan & I can't remember the driver's name, but these guys rocked!! Kind, helpful & I learned so much. Also, I bought a 2 day pass. Day 1 my phone over heated & shut down. Day 2 the gal at Stop #1 called her supervisor, took a pic of my QR code & contacted the driver so I'd be let on the bus...WOW!! Really quality people & a wonderful experience.
