We love the hop-on hop-off feature to see whatever we want and get back on the bus anytime. Purchase tickets was easy online on my cell phone. I highly recommend it if you're trying to get familiar with a new city. After our visit on the bus, we went back and revisited places more in depth. I highly recommend they hop on hop off bus experience

Great venue and loved the palace tour. All signs were in both Spanish and English and the audio guides were worth the small additional charge. An amazing place to see and learn about.
Bus tour was ok, although a number of headphone ports on some of the buses weren't working so no commentary. Got us where we needed and enjoyed seeing the city that way.

It's ideal for a short stay! I advise people to take the whole tour by bus first. At each seat, you plug in the earphones provided when you get on the bus, select the language "French, English....." and learn about the history, places and monuments of the city, allowing you to visit a place or monument of your choice. Knowing that you can pick up the bus after a visit is a huge time saver.
Don't look for an information point when you arrive. Go straight to a bus stop marked "Tour Madrid" and get on, and everything will be explained to you.

The possibility of seeing the city illuminated, visiting streets different from the usual ones.
I did not like the volume of the carolers and the public address system, it was bad to hear and annoying.
