I love going to stauts of Liberty and visiting but I was not able to go into the state at all I did not have the prop tickets So I left annoyed

Ticketing was very smooth. Bought online and staff member scanned QR code and printed tickets and off we went! Red Loop was great, Jimmy was very informative as well as entertaining. Blue Loop was not so good as too many stops and not so much info.

The first part went well. Unfortunately, the bus we took for the last part was not functioning properly - so little commentary, slow driving (couldnt get vehicle in gear) and no air conditioning. Oh well..

Just wish it were easier to tell what ticket gets you inside the Statue of Liberty. I thought the one I bought was for that but was told no something about purchasing a few days in advance to get inside lady Liberty. Still had a great experience though
