Seems to be no real difference between the 2 loops. None of the stops were announced. We had trouble finding the stop at the main train station as its not clearly marked.

We booked eight tickets for the Hop on hop off express. We enjoyed the route and history of the audio. The service personnel was not great. The driver was not friendly and not nice. No customer service here. The lady who was validating our tickets at the Römer start point was not nice. Maybe because we American and speak only English, we get treated different.
