We are thrilled to present a unique experience with ten immersive environments, out of which, two are exclusively featured for Singapore. Each environment offers a distinct journey into the magical world, inviting you to explore iconic locations and uncover hidden secrets.

• Grimmauld Place: Travel inside an iconic address concealed by charms and spells.

• Ministries of Magic: Enter the governing body of the magical community of witches and wizards.

• Hall of Prophecy: Return to the hidden chamber of whispers past, present, and future.

• Newt’s Menagerie: Step inside the magical case where fantastic beasts roam free.

• The Pensieve: Discover visions of magic from memories across time.

• The Chamber of Secrets: Travel below Hogwarts to the home of the ancient basilisk. (exclusive to Singapore)

• The Trap Door: Unlock a series of chambers to reach the Philosopher’s Stone. (exclusive to Singapore)

These tickets can’t be cancelled. However, you can use them any time within the next 3 months.

These tickets are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

What's not allowed

• Keep in mind outside food and beverages are not allowed. Pack wisely!

• Due to venue restrictions, pets, except guide dogs, cannot tag along on this experience.

• Strollers are not allowed inside the exhibition.

• This experience is accessible by wheelchairs.

• Guests with sensory sensitivities should note that this experience features background music, flashing lights, fog, motion-activated sound and video, and other media elements.

• Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.

• Be sure to book a timeslot in advance to enter at your preferred time, as you may be asked to return later if the venue is at full capacity.

• The credit voucher is for one-time use only, redeemable in a single transaction. It cannot be stacked, and any unused amount will be forfeited.

• The ticket grants one cup of Butterbeer (while stocks last) or $10 off retail, photo, or F&B purchases. Redemption needs to be made on the same day of visit, within the regular opening hours.

• While this experience is open to guests of all ages, it is recommended for those aged 12 and above.
