You can cancel these tickets up to 48 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.

Accessibility

• This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, those who have previously suffered from a dislocated shoulder or neck, back or heart conditions, and those wearing a hard plaster cast.

Additional information

• Make sure to carry with you the following items: appropriate state identification, money/credit card for optional purchases, comfortable and appropriate clothing (please do not to wear a shirt with a collar), lace-up shoes (shoe hire available to hire for a small fee) and something to tie long hair back and/or a hairbrush, if applicable.

• Anyone aged 3 years old and above can fly. Please note that participants aged under 18yrs must be accompanied by an adult.

• To participate in this activity you must weigh: under 105kg if you are less than 180cm tall, and under 115kg if you are taller than 180cm.

• Flyers over the standard weight limit but under 135kg may fly provided an experienced instructor is available to take the flight. The experienced instructor must be requested at least 7 days prior to the flight date and will incur a $30 fee. The Fly High package or add-on is not available to those over the standard weight limit. All other terms and conditions continue to apply.

• Kindly refrain from participating if you are under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.

• Before starting, you will have to sign the Statement of Risk waiver form.

• iFly reserves the right to cancel flights at short notice due to mechanical failure, unscheduled repairs, maintenance, or anything outside of their control.

• In the event that they cancel your booking, it will be rescheduled at the next available timeslot. No refund will be available.

• iFly cannot be held responsible for missed reservations as a result of extenuating circumstances such as transportation, weather, or any other reason outside of their control, nor for expenses related to scheduled reservations.
