With the online ticket, which you download from the app with ease, you are able to quickly and skip the line to both the cistern basilica and hagia sophia--both wonderful! To enter the topkapi palace the procedure is more ironclad, you have to go to the cafe next to the entrance of the topkapi palace and check in your ticket. The entry groups happen at set times and if you don't organize yourself well with the timing you risk long waiting times. In any case, the first part happens with the guide who gives useful information about the tour that will continue independently. Wonderful palace and highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing! We skipped the long line at the Cistern Basilica and were inside in under two minutes, saving us hours of waiting! The Hagia Sophia was a breeze too, with just a quick security check. Picking up the physical tickets was incredibly easy and fast. I highly recommend this option!

The skip the queue tickets meant not waiting about an hour in 34 deg heat so definitely worth it. The ticket had to be managed by Headout app which was a bit annoying however it had an audio guide as parley of the app that you could download which was good. The basilica of course was amazing

The skip the line worked exactly as expected as the Basilica Cistern but the price for both is pretty extreme for how quickly you work through both sites.
