Headout ha confermato che la nostra prenotazione con il trasferimento in hotel comprendeva anche l'accompagnamento in hotel. Poi il partner Gray Line ha detto il contrario. Ci hanno detto che ci lasciano solo a Deira. Non dovrebbe essere così. Forse è il caso di rivedere la vostra offerta. Se il trasferimento dall'hotel non include la consegna all'hotel, non includetelo nella descrizione del pacchetto. Per il resto il tour in sé è abbastanza bello. Anche la guida è disponibile e amichevole.
