Artecard Campania: pass per 2 musei

Ciao È stato bello, ma dovremmo trovare un modo per non dover fornire ogni volta l'indirizzo e-mail e il codice. E sarebbe meglio su 4 giorni, che corrisponde a una visita completa della città e dei suoi dintorni.

Artecard Campania \ Naples should not be bought from this vendor. You pay extra and only get delays in getting your card assigned in the app - vendor will wait till last minute to hide the fact that it's basically a scam to get you to pay extra cash for offer from another vendor (Artecard). This is partly to blame due to Artecard app that is badly positioned online and in google store. Just install Artecard mobile app (it's not perfect but functional) and buy the card for less there without waiting for someone on the support line to activate the card for you (waste of time and money).

Ha funzionato tutto alla perfezione. Nessun problema 👍 Una cosa (grande) che non mi è piaciuta: il processo di attivazione è troppo lungo. Nel mio caso: scrivere via whatsapp con il team, scaricare l'app, registrarmi con i miei dati personali e inviare la mail di registrazione al team. Per me non è un grosso problema, ma credo che per le persone più anziane sarà sicuramente un problema.

Easy to use the artecard and we had a wonderful visit to Pompei. Spent the whole day there and parked our car at the nearby europark which was good value. Pompei was everything we thought it would be and will visit again if we come to this area

È stato così facile usare l'artecard sul treno e altrettanto facile visitare le meravigliose attrazioni di Pompei ed Ercolano.

The app did not permit me to login in to access the pass QR codes 9/10 times I tried and you are required to login to view the passes every time you travel on public transport - you can't screenshot as a unique QR code is generated for every use. The online portal was only marginally better. You'd be better off purchasing individual train/bus tickets for the price and the amount of time wasted standing outside of train/bus stops trying to log into the app. Even when I was able to login in and access the QR codes most of the scanners didn't recognise them as a valid form of ticket.

Non ha funzionato affatto. Ho provato diverse volte, ho chiamato l'agenzia delle carte, ma non c'è stato nulla da fare. Hanno detto che era colpa di Headout. Ho cercato di ottenere un rimborso, ma nonostante le diverse e-mail, ancora nessuna risposta. Ho perso i miei soldi e il mio tempo.
