Da Lisbona: Tour di un giorno a Sintra e al Palácio Nacional da Pena

La guida Daniela è molto preparata e trasmette tutte le informazioni in modo tranquillo e rassicurante. È sempre attenta e rispetta le particolarità di ognuno. Si preoccupa del benessere di tutti, che siano bambini o anziani. Il tour è stato eccezionale, la bellezza della natura e degli edifici, ma è stata la guida Daniela a fare la differenza. Nota 10 per questa guida.

Personale super disponibile. Sono potuta cambiare la lingua per guida in ultimo. Una gita perfetta per scoprire le coste occidentali di lisbona. I luoghi da visitare sono bellissimi. Consiglio vivamente!!

We loved all the stops on the way!!! Sintra was a must see and the castle was beautiful but very busy. Our tour guide was friendly informative and kind!!

I booked through the pena palace website as headout is your trusted partner. According to the website I booked a guided tour to pena palace, cascais and cabo da roca. We arrived at the palace only in the afternoon and before entering the palace the guide informed us that this was not a guided tour as we were not provided with audioguides. Also he said that the palace only allows guided tours to groups up to 25 people and obviously the company booked 27 people for the specific day. Even though we tried to find a solution with him (who was very accommodating and polite to be honest) to my utmost disgust he informed us that the company's policy is not to provide guided tours and for the participants to be informed last minute. To me, this is a true scam and in your place I would reassess your trusted partner. Overall, it was not worth the money, the tour felt rushed and even though the kind guide tried to help us and share as much information as possible, in the end 27 people we felt completely taken for fouls and that we have fallen in a tourist trap. Extremely disappointing to have had this experience in portugal.

Sulla pagina di acquisto del biglietto era scritto che ci sarebbe stato l'ingresso a Quinta da Regaleira (anche se non ho notato l'assenza di questa informazione sul biglietto stesso dopo l'acquisto), ma il tour non lo includeva. Non sono riuscita a contattare l'assistenza, ma ho le impronte che lo provano.
