Pilot Praha was very friendly wand knowledgeable. He was punctual (even arrived early). He prepared for us water and umbrella. He gave us great food recommendations as well!

We had a wonderful time. Prabaz was very pleasant and easy to chat with. He was very accommodating with our request to stay longer in Batu Caves. He also took us to the batik workshop which my wife truly appreciated. Prabaz also took us to an excellent lunch spot where the office workers ate.

Janar did a great job explaining a lot of things to us, not just about the caves but also about the history and the cultural mix that there is here, we learnt a lot with him! 10/10

Il tour di Genting Highland è stato organizzato molto bene e la guida "Darwin" è stata davvero brava. È stato cortese, preparato e si è assicurato che tutti si prendessero cura di noi. Sono contento di aver prenotato questo tour con Ivy Holidays!

Buona guida, competente e divertente, ma purtroppo la pioggia non ci ha permesso di uscire. Quindi controllate le previsioni del tempo.
