Hi there, thanks for getting in touch. I feel like maybe we were shortchanged..... From what I understand there is a whole series of wires and I don't understand why we did just the one main one. Seen the whole course advertised for the same price as one so why didn't we get informed when there that there was more to do?

It was nice, however as it was raining there was a lot of waiting around. It would have been nice if they would have offered us a warm drink whilst we waited for over 30minutes. Also in terms of the recording on the little device, it could have been a lot better. Instead of just the view of your face it would have been nice to also get the surrounding landscapes and how high you are on the mountain. There's room for improvement. The price is relatively high so the standards should match.

With a span of 2.83km of zip wire and equivalent to 28 soccer pitches, this is a ride you will never forget. Your experience will start at the highest point in UAE, 1,680 meters above sea level. Feel like a falcon soaring through the air as your fly above the majestic Jebel Jais mountains in Ras al Khaimah, at an average speed of 120kmph and top speed up to 160 kmph, before landing on a top-of-the-line suspended platform. Do you think your heart will skip a beat before pushing off? If yes, we won't blame you! After all, you will be floating in the air.

As you navigate your way through the skies, you will come across UAE’s highest sky bridge, 1,250 meters above sea level and 300 meters above the ground. Take a moment to soak in this unique experience before you cross its 15-meter length to continue your zipline journey. What to bring

It is mandatory for every participant to bring along their original passport or Emirates ID to be presented at the counter.
Bring along your jacket and sunscreen.

What's not allowed

Strict Dress Code: Athletic clothes with sturdy, good-grip trainers, running shoes, or closed-toe shoes. It is not allowed to wear dresses, skirts, flip flops, or loose footwear.
The Jais Flight experience is restricted for guests weighing less than 40kg and more than 120kg, shorter than 130cm.
This experience should not be done under the influence of narcotics, spirits, or any other substances that impair judgment.

Accessibility

All participants must be in good medical condition to be able to take this tour.

Please note that weather conditions may have an impact on your experience.
Participants under the age of 18 who meet the height and weight requirements can do the tour on their own but will need to be accompanied by an adult and present a signed waiver by a parent or legal guardian in order to do so.
