The PDF provided mentioned to redeem tickets at the ticket counter but in fact I should get the tickets at L1 concierge.
With a fun-filled adventure right at the Changi Airport, you’re offered fun as soon as you land in Singapore (so take advantage of it). Explore the adored landmark to your heart’s content before heading over to the Canopy Park and the Bouncing Net and Walking Net. At the Canopy Park, hop on discovery slides, walk through foggy bowls, and stroll through the Topiary Park for the whole experience!
Then, of course, you have Bouncing Net and Walking Net! In case you were wondering, they’re both equally adventurous and thrilling. Your bouncing expedition lets you feel almost weightless as you leap about the giant net. Stretching over 250 meters long, this is an experience that is enjoyable by all ages (even the little ones). Reach for the sky as you soar up to 8 meters above the Canopy Park! Your walking adventure is just as thrill-seeking, as you walk along a taut web, 25 meters above ground level!
