The whole place was great to see. The history of our space program presented in World's Fair/Disney style was very entertaining. We had the added bonus of seeing a live rocket launch just awesome!

The shuttle. My only comment is that it would have been great to have a few members of staff that new about the shuttle around to ask questions to.

Excellent, arrived without problems, with virtual tickets, very easy and comfortable signature, the park was great and the service was first class.

The attraction is great, there is so much to do that you feel you need the whole day. All very clean and food/extras reasonably priced. Only thing that let it down is that due to construction the bus tour which should be 2 hours and allow you to see a lot was cut to 15 minutes. Despite this large chunk of the day being cut the ticket price was not changed which was a shame. Despite this, was still a good day and staff were always friendly and helpful.

There was a lot of standing around and waiting for the next door to open, only to watch another video before waiting again for the next door. We had limited time that day, and much of it felt wasted. It reminded me of a typical government operation: hurry up and wait. You would think NASA would have found a more efficient way to move people through.

All three attractions are completely wheelchair accessible and wheelchairs can be borrowed for free on a first-come-first-serve basis at Madame Tussauds.

The last bus tour runs at 2:30pm.
Ticket cannot be used on BLACKOUT Dates for Kennedy Space Center - for example Delta Heavy Rocket Launches.
Note: The Educator Study Pass offers K-12 teachers throughout the USA, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands complimentary access to the visitor complex. To receive the pass, active teachers are required to bring one of the following items to Will Call, located at the entrance of the visitor complex.
An active teaching certificate from the United States, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands.
A badge with a photo that shows the title Teacher or Educator for K-12.
Letter on school letterhead, dated and signed by the principal listing the name(s) of the teachers, stating they are educators at the school.
