ken our tourguide was super informative about the many buildings and launch sites. i believe he has a script but he did have answers about our questions.

The attraction is great, there is so much to do that you feel you need the whole day. All very clean and food/extras reasonably priced. Only thing that let it down is that due to construction the bus tour which should be 2 hours and allow you to see a lot was cut to 15 minutes. Despite this large chunk of the day being cut the ticket price was not changed which was a shame. Despite this, was still a good day and staff were always friendly and helpful.

There was a lot of standing around and waiting for the next door to open, only to watch another video before waiting again for the next door. We had limited time that day, and much of it felt wasted. It reminded me of a typical government operation: hurry up and wait. You would think NASA would have found a more efficient way to move people through.

Absolutely amazing! The exhibitions were detailed and interactive. Our favourite was Atlantis and then being able to see it in real life was breath taking!

We loved this experience! You definitely need a full day. We arrived around 9:30am on a Friday, it took a bit to go through security but we made it in. Our itinerary was great for our time there. - 10:15 Rocket garden tour - 10:30 Atlantis building (we spent 2 hours in there) - 12:30 lunch at the cafe (Note! It took 30 minutes from entrance to getting our food. We should have budgeted 15 more minutes) - 1pm Special bus tour - 3pm Apollo building - 4pm Ice cream after bus, Gateway building and gift shop

Ticket cannot be used on BLACKOUT Dates for Kennedy Space Center - for example Delta Heavy Rocket Launches.
Note: The Educator Study Pass offers K-12 teachers throughout the USA, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands complimentary access to the visitor complex. To receive the pass, active teachers are required to bring one of the following items to Will Call, located at the entrance of the visitor complex.
- An active teaching certificate from the United States, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands.
- A badge with a photo that shows the title Teacher or Educator for K-12.
- Letter on school letterhead, dated and signed by the principal listing the name(s) of the teachers, stating they are educators at the school.
